Position Overview

The Manager – F&A (Factory) oversees financial operations at the factory, ensuring compliance, optimizing financial processes, and contributing to strategic decision-making. The role requires expertise in budgeting, cost management, financial reporting, and coordination with corporate finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Compliance:
   • Oversee the factory’s financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
   • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, adhering to statutory requirements.
   • Implement and monitor internal financial controls to mitigate risks.
2. Accounting & Reporting:
   • Supervise and manage the factory’s accounting team.
   • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
   • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cost analyses.
3. Budgeting & Cost Control:
   • Develop, implement, and monitor budgets for factory operations.
   • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial processes.
   • Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting.
4. Coordination & Decision Support:
   • Work closely with the corporate finance team to align financial strategies.
   • Provide financial insights and support decision-making for operational improvements.
   • Ensure seamless coordination between accounts, procurement, and production teams.
