Position Overview
The Manager – F&A (Factory) oversees financial operations at the factory, ensuring compliance, optimizing financial processes, and contributing to strategic decision-making. The role requires expertise in budgeting, cost management, financial reporting, and coordination with corporate finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Compliance:
- Oversee the factory’s financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, adhering to statutory requirements.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls to mitigate risks.
- Accounting & Reporting:
- Supervise and manage the factory’s accounting team.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cost analyses.
- Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets for factory operations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting.
- Coordination & Decision Support:
- Work closely with the corporate finance team to align financial strategies.
- Provide financial insights and support decision-making for operational improvements.
- Ensure seamless coordination between accounts, procurement, and production teams.
