Position Overview

The Senior Manager – F&A is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, audit, taxation, MIS, and financial planning. The role requires expertise in budgeting, financial consolidation, internal controls, cost reduction strategies, and business performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Reporting & Compliance:
    • Ensure timely financial reporting, consolidation, and audit completion.
    • Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and budget tracking.
    • Manage statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and TCS returns.
  2. Taxation & Audit:
    • Oversee direct and indirect taxation, ensuring accurate tax planning and compliance.
    • File various statutory returns and manage audit-related processes.
  3. Cost Management & Financial Planning:
    • Develop financial plans, track variances, and take corrective actions.
    • Drive cost reduction initiatives through internal controls and efficiency improvements.
  4. Monthly & Annual Closures:
    • Prepare and present monthly management reports and financial statements.
    • Administer monthly and annual financial closure processes.
  5. Internal Control & Business Performance Analysis:
    • Establish and implement financial controls for integrity and accuracy.
    • Monitor business performance, analyze P&L, and generate financial dashboards.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of taxation, including GST, TDS, and TCS.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ability to develop and enforce internal controls for financial accuracy.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial statement preparation and cost management.
